Prices in PKR; international orders use current exchange rates

- Bank Transfers
- Cash on Delivery (Pakistan only)
3. Shipping & Delivery
Lahore: 1-3 business days via in-house delivery
Pakistan: 3-5 days via M&P, TCS or Leopards
International: 7-14 business days (customs fees may apply)
Tracking numbers provided for all orders
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Accepted Within: 7 days of delivery
- Conditions: Unused, original tags/packaging
- Final Sale Items: Bridal, customized, or sale items
- Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
Misuse product images/descriptions
Place fraudulent orders
Share inaccurate measurements (stitching services)
6. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for:
Color variations (screen/monitor differences)
Delays due to customs/third-party couriers
Incorrect measurements provided by customer
